The Best PPC Reporting Tools in 2026 (Compared for Agencies and In House Teams, Including Free Options)

Most PPC reports answer a question nobody in the leadership meeting asked. They show clicks, CTR and cost per lead. Then the CFO asks how much pipeline the spend created, and someone opens a spreadsheet. If your reporting tool can't put CRM data next to ad spend, that spreadsheet becomes a monthly job.

We build these reports for B2B SaaS teams, so we judged 10 PPC reporting tools on what those reports need: spend tied to pipeline, cost per opportunity, white label output for agencies, and the real price at 5, 20 and 50 connected ad accounts. Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, checked on November 3, 2026.

If you want the wider category, including bid management and keyword tools, see our guide to the best PPC tools. This post is only about reporting.

What a PPC reporting tool should show a B2B team

A B2B buyer clicks an ad in March and signs in July. Google Ads has no idea that happened. The reports we trust in our accounts show five things:

  1. Spend by channel and campaign across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit Ads, in one view.
  2. Leads, then qualified leads, pulled from the CRM. Ad platform form fills alone overcount.
  3. Opportunities and pipeline value attributed to campaigns, ideally by the original UTM or click ID.
  4. Cost per opportunity and pipeline to spend ratio, which are the numbers a CFO cares about. Cost per click is useful for diagnosing a campaign and useless for judging one.
  5. Trend against target, so the reader can see in five seconds whether you're ahead or behind.

Plenty of tools only handle the first item. That's fine for a weekly check on campaigns, but it won't survive a board meeting.

How we compared the tools

We looked at five things.

First, data sources. B2B accounts rarely live on Google alone, so a tool has to connect LinkedIn, Microsoft and Reddit Ads too. Second, CRM connections: if HubSpot or Salesforce isn't listed as a data source, opportunities can't sit next to spend. Third, automation, meaning scheduled reports, alerts and how often data refreshes. Fourth, white label: your logo, colors, domain and sender email, with the vendor's branding gone.

Last, and most important for budgeting, price per account. We priced each tool at 5, 20 and 50 connected ad accounts using the public pricing page. Where the vendor counts something else (clients, dashboards, data sources per connector), we explain the unit and state our assumption. Where the public page doesn't give a number, we say "custom quote."

When we say "account," we mean one ad account, such as one Google Ads customer ID or one LinkedIn campaign account. Vendors each define it their own way. That gap is where most of the pricing surprises we've seen come from.

The best PPC reporting tools compared

Prices are in USD per month, billed annually unless noted. We checked them on November 3, 2026.

Assumptions: AgencyAnalytics assumes 2 ad accounts per client (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads). DashThis assumes one dashboard per client fits inside the plan's dashboard limit. Two Minute Reports and Supermetrics limits apply per connector, so the price depends on how accounts are split across platforms. Swydo lists $69 in its FAQ and €62 per month billed annually on the plan card; we use the $69 figure.

Individual reviews

1. Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)

Google renamed Looker Studio to Data Studio. The free self service version has no limits on reports or viewers and connects natively to Google Ads, GA4, BigQuery and Sheets. Data Studio Pro costs $9 per user per project per month and adds team content management and Google Cloud support.

It's free, it's flexible, and most connector tools on this list are built to feed it. The catch is that native connectors only cover Google products. LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads and your CRM need a paid partner connector such as Supermetrics, Windsor.ai, Porter or Two Minute Reports. There's no white label.

Pricing: Free. Pro is $9 per user per project per month.

Use it if you're an in house team with someone who will build the report and keep it working.

2. Supermetrics

Supermetrics moves data from ad platforms and CRMs into Data Studio, Sheets, Excel, Power BI or AI tools. Its connector list includes Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads, HubSpot and Salesforce (Salesforce is marked premium).

The connector library is deep and the fields are granular, and Enterprise gives you a clean path into a data warehouse. Keep in mind that Supermetrics moves data. You still build the dashboard yourself. Account limits also apply per data source, which adds up fast for agencies.

Pricing: Starter $44 per month billed yearly (1 user, 1 destination, 3 data sources, 3 accounts per source). Growth $177 per month billed yearly (2 users, 6 data sources, 7 accounts per source; extra accounts $11 each up to 15 per source). Enterprise is a custom quote. At 50 accounts most teams will exceed the 15 per source cap and need Enterprise.

It suits in house teams with 1 to 3 ad accounts per platform that want CRM fields in Data Studio.

3. Windsor.ai

Windsor.ai does the same job as Supermetrics. The difference is how it counts: accounts are a total across all sources, so adding a fifth LinkedIn account doesn't cost more as long as you stay under the plan's total. At volume that makes it far cheaper.

Standard costs $99 per month billed annually and covers 7 data sources and 75 accounts, so 5, 20 and 50 accounts all cost the same. Every plan includes every connector, Salesforce and HubSpot among them. Two limits to know: white labeling is Enterprise only, and Basic allows just 3 data sources, which won't cover Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft and a CRM.

Pricing: Basic $19, Standard $99, Plus $249, Professional $499 per month billed annually. Free: 30 day trial (10 sources, 15 accounts, 30 day history), then Forever Free with 1 data source and 1 account.

This is our pick for getting CRM data into Data Studio cheaply, and it fits any cost conscious team that builds in Data Studio or Power BI.

4. AgencyAnalytics

AgencyAnalytics prices per client, and each client gets unlimited data sources, reports and staff users, plus a white labeled client portal.

It's the most complete client facing package on this list. The portal, scheduled reports, alerts, goals and branding come with every tier, and the integrations page lists HubSpot and Salesforce. Per client pricing is the downside. If you run lots of small clients, it hurts. Multi account connections per client also cap at 10 on supported integrations.

Pricing: $20 per client per month billed annually. 25+ clients get discounted pricing on request.

Pick it if you're an agency with fewer, larger clients who want to log in to a branded portal.

5. Swydo

Swydo charges by data source, which means one connected account. Clients, users and reports are unlimited.

The pricing is easy to forecast. You get full white label with a custom domain, and dynamic templates mean one template change updates every linked report. Combined data sources let you build cross channel cost metrics. With 38+ integrations, it has fewer than the connector tools, and any CRM data the HubSpot integration doesn't expose has to come in through a Google Sheets import.

Pricing: $69 per month includes 10 data sources. Sources 11 to 100 cost $4.50 each. That's $69 at 5 accounts, $114 at 20 and $249 at 50.

For agencies, this is our top pick. Nothing else gets you white label PPC reports at a lower predictable price.

6. DashThis

DashThis prices by dashboards (one report per client) and sources, with unlimited users and integrations on every plan.

Setup is quick. The preset PPC templates are decent, white label and a custom domain come on every plan, and calculated widgets handle cost per opportunity. For agencies, watch the dashboard limit more than the source limit. HubSpot is listed, but Salesforce did not appear on its integrations page when we checked.

Pricing: Individual $44 (3 dashboards, 15 sources), Professional $139 (10 dashboards, 40 sources), Business $279 (25 dashboards, 100 sources), Standard from $429, billed yearly.

Small agencies and in house teams that want a clean report without much setup will be happy here.

7. Databox

Databox has moved toward AI analysis on top of its dashboards. It counts each account or property as one data source, and lists HubSpot and Salesforce among its cloud integrations.

In house teams that want pipeline, spend and goals on one board will like it, along with the anomaly detection and scheduled snapshots. White label costs an extra $80 per month. Sharing and notifications start on Team, so Analyst users can't send reports out.

Pricing: Free (1 user, 3 data sources, 1 dashboard). Analyst $71, Team Core $199 (10 sources), Team Scale $319 (30 sources), Agency from $79 with 20 sources and unlimited users, plus $20 packs of 5 sources, all billed annually. That makes Agency the cheapest Databox option at 20 accounts ($79) and 50 accounts ($79 plus 6 packs, or $199). Databox's own FAQ quotes higher figures ($249, $399, $99 and $25), which look like monthly billing prices. Confirm before you buy.

It fits in house B2B teams on HubSpot or Salesforce.

8. Porter Metrics

Porter Metrics charges per connected account, with steep volume discounts and one subscription covering all clients.

Nothing on this list is cheaper at scale. A Google Ads manager account isn't billed, only the accounts under it, and paid plans drop the Porter branding. It has 30+ data sources, so check that every platform you run is covered before you commit.

Pricing (monthly): 5 to 12 accounts at $8 each ($40 at 5), 13 to 20 accounts flat $100, 50 to 69 accounts at $4 each ($200 at 50). Annual billing takes about 16.6% off.

Agencies with a lot of accounts that already build in Data Studio or Sheets should look here first.

9. Two Minute Reports

Two Minute Reports has one plan with every feature, priced by accounts per connector, and sends data to its own dashboards, Google Sheets, Data Studio or AI tools.

Seats and queries are unlimited, data refreshes hourly, and there's a HubSpot connector plus goals and budget pacing. Salesforce isn't in the listed connectors. Limits apply per connector, so your biggest platform sets your tier.

Pricing: $81 per month for 3 accounts per connector, $248 for 30, $498 for 100, billed yearly ($97, $297, $597 monthly). At 50 accounts the price is $248 if no single platform has more than 30 accounts, otherwise $498.

It's a good match for HubSpot teams that already live in Google Sheets.

10. Whatagraph

Whatagraph has moved upmarket. Its Max plan includes white label reports, data blends, KPI overviews with alerts and a dedicated success manager.

The reports look polished and the blending is strong. It feels closer to a managed service than software. Price is the problem: Max starts at €699 per month billed annually with 50 source credits, and you can't buy any plan without a demo call.

Pricing: From €699 per month (Max). Prime is a custom quote. We couldn't compute 5 or 20 account pricing below the 50 credit minimum.

Larger agencies that want a lot of support behind their reporting are the audience.

Free PPC reporting tools and where their free plans stop

Free tools are fine until you need something they don't do. Here's what each one gives you for $0 and the wall you'll hit first.

  • Google Ads native reports and dashboards: Free. Stops at Google Ads. No LinkedIn, Microsoft or CRM data, and no branding control.
  • Data Studio: Free with no report or viewer limits. Stops at Google sources unless you pay for a connector.
  • Windsor.ai Forever Free: 1 user, 1 data source, 1 account. Enough for one Google Ads account into Data Studio. The 30 day trial before it allows 10 sources and 15 accounts with 30 days of history.
  • Databox Free: 1 user, 3 data sources, 1 dashboard, 10 custom metrics, daily sync. No sharing or scheduled notifications.
  • Porter Metrics Free: Unlimited connected accounts, but only 30 days of history after the 14 day trial ends. Fine for a monthly snapshot, useless for year over year.

If we had to run a B2B account on $0, we'd use Data Studio for Google Ads and Databox Free for the CRM plus one other ad platform. Once you need more than 30 days of history or more than 3 sources, budget for a paid tool.

Agency versus in house: which tool to pick

Agencies: Pick Swydo. It's the cheapest true white label option at 20 and 50 accounts, with unlimited clients and users. Choose AgencyAnalytics instead if clients expect a branded login portal and you have fewer than 25 clients. If you already build in Data Studio, Porter Metrics is the lowest cost connector at 50 accounts.

In house B2B SaaS teams: Pick Windsor.ai feeding Data Studio if you have someone to build the report. At $99 per month it covers all your ad platforms and your CRM. Choose Databox if you'd rather not build anything and want goals and alerts out of the box.

For context on what agencies charge for this work, see our PPC management pricing guide.

Getting CRM and offline conversion data into your PPC reports

No reporting tool can show pipeline it never receives. In our accounts this comes down to two separate jobs.

  1. Send CRM outcomes back to the ad platforms. Upload qualified leads and opportunities to Google Ads as offline conversions so bidding chases pipeline instead of form fills. Our guide to CRM to Google Ads offline conversions covers the setup, and enhanced conversions for Google Ads improves match rates when click IDs go missing.
  2. Pull CRM data into the report. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce in your reporting tool and join it to ad data on UTM campaign or click ID. Capture GCLID and UTM fields on every form and store them on the contact and the opportunity, or the join won't work.

With both in place, cost per opportunity is just ad spend divided by opportunities created from that campaign.

Building a report leadership will read: the metrics to include

The leadership reports that get read in our accounts keep page one to six numbers, each shown against target and last period.

  1. Total paid spend by channel.
  2. Qualified leads (MQL or SQL, by your CRM definition).
  3. Opportunities created from paid.
  4. Cost per opportunity.
  5. Pipeline created and pipeline to spend ratio.
  6. Closed won revenue from paid, on a trailing 6 or 12 month view to cover the sales cycle.

CTR, CPC, impression share and conversion rate go on page two. When a number on page one moves, that's where you look for the reason.
